Our desire and goal is to provide secure, clean, affordable, convenient, self-service storage for the Highland lakes area.

We opened ALL-STAR Climate Controlled STORAGE in December 1999 with the first climate controlled self-service storage building in the Highland Lakes area at the time.  ALL-STAR Climate Controlled STORAGE is family owned and operated by Bryan and Kathy Coffey with their four children. 

When we moved to the Highland Lakes area, we could not find any climate controlled storage units available in this area to protect our valuables. We realized the need for this type of storage  in our community, and began searching for the right place to build a quality climate controlled storage.

We were able to purchase some property south of Marble Falls and we opened our first building in December of 1999.  It is a 7500 square foot facility with 51 units of various sizes from 5 X 10' to 10 X 20' and has both standard and climate controlled units available.

Each climate controlled storage unit has its own lighting, a feature we had not seen in other storage facilities at the time.  Since then we have added three more buildings for the increasing needs of our growing community. We have over 12,000 square feet of storage space in sizes from 5 X 10' to 10 X 30' in both standard and climate controlled temperature units. We also have outdoor storage/parking for boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.

When we opened our facility we joined the Texas Mini-Storage Association now known as the Texas Self Storage Association and have remained  a member in good standing ever since.  This is our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and guaranteed satisfaction to you.

Our facility is security fenced and gated with individualized entry.
